シビ辛カリーチャーハンのレシピ
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 bowls of rice (Thai rice or bastimala rice is recommended.)
150g ground chicken
1 spring onion
1/6 cabbage
2 green chilies (1 can be used) (Shishito peppers can be used) (optional)
2 eggs (set aside)
Oil (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Soy sauce (as needed)
1 tablespoon sansho powder
Exciting curry spices (as needed)
Step 1
Finely chop the spring onion,
Cut the green chilies diagonally (remove the seeds to reduce the spiciness)
Roughly chop the cabbage.
Step 2
Beef up the eggs.
Add oil and fry the spring onions until they are soft.
Fry the ground meat, cabbage, and green chilies.
Step 3
Quickly add the beaten eggs, then immediately add the rice.
Exciting curry spices, sansho pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce, stir fry quickly and it's done.
The key is the curry, sansho pepper, and lots of eggs.
This spicy curry is addictively delicious.
