豚みそうどんのレシピ

豚肉は袋に生姜、片栗粉、醤油、塩、
本みりんを入れもみ込んでおく
椎茸は薄切り
白菜は手でちぎる生姜は千切り
ほうれん草はざく切り

Ingredients
Pork: 200g
Green onion: 1
Shiitake mushrooms: 4
Chinese cabbage: 4
Ginger: 1 piece
Spinach
Udon noodles (other noodles can be used)
Miso: 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil (pressed): appropriate amount
Salt: appropriate amount
Soy sauce: appropriate amount
Hon mirin: appropriate amount (just using hon mirin will make the dish taste better.)
Water: enough to cover the meat
Special green spice or
Exciting curry spice: as desired
Step 1
Put ginger, potato starch, soy sauce, salt, and hon mirin in a bag and rub the pork.
Cut the green onion diagonally,
thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Chinese cabbage: tear by hand, ginger: shredded.
Roughly chop the spinach.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and fry the pork on both sides in sesame oil,
and remove. (Do not cook through)
Stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms and green onions thoroughly.
Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage briefly.
Step 3
Add water, pork, soy sauce, mirin, and salt,
bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
Bring water to a boil and boil the udon noodles.
Add miso and spinach, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the udon noodles, season with salt, and it's done.
Serve with Special Green Spice or Exciting Curry Spice.
Try adding spices to the udon noodles, which are full of the flavor of simple miso, pork, and shiitake mushrooms.
It goes great with Japanese food.
