合い挽き肉・200g
長ねぎ・1本
キャベツ1/4玉
茶そば生麺(中華麺でも可)
卵・3個
胡麻油(圧搾)・適量
砂糖・適量
えびつゆ(白ダシでも可)・適量

Ingredients
200g minced meat
1 long onion
1/4 cabbage
Fresh green soba noodles
3 eggs
Sesame oil (pressed)
Salt
Sugar
Soup
Soy sauce
Hon mirin
Shrimp soup (white dashi can also be used)
1 tablespoon water
Exciting curry spices
To taste
Step 1
Add eggs, salt and water
Thinly slice the long onion
Roughly chop the cabbage
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and make a thick omelet with sesame oil.
Cut it to your desired thickness.
Stir fry the spring onions until fragrant.
Stir fry the cabbage well.
Add the minced meat and stir fry.
Add the salt, soy sauce, and exciting curry spices dissolved in mirin and stir fry briefly.
Step 3
Add sesame oil to another frying pan and fry the noodles.
Mix with step 2.
Put shrimp soup and sugar in a pot or microwave and eat while soaking.
