スパイスミックス肉じゃが
Spice Mixed Meat and Potatoes

材料
豚肉・200g
玉ねぎ・1玉
ジャガイモ・4個
白菜・4枚
棗・4個
クコノ実・15粒
胡麻油（圧搾）・適量
塩・適量
醤油・適量
本みりん・適量（本みりんにするだけで料理は旨くなります。）
水・ヒタヒタになるくらい
片栗粉・適量
スペシャルグリーンスパイスor
エキサイティングカリースパイス・お好み
Step1
豚肉は袋に片栗粉、醤油、塩、本みりんを入れもみ込んでおく
玉ねぎは薄切り、
ジャガイモは乱切り、
白菜は手でちぎる
Step2
フライパンを熱し、ごま油で豚肉の表面を両面焼き、
取り出す。（中まで火は通さない）
同じフライパンに玉ねぎが香ばしくなるまで炒め、
ジャガイモと白菜もさっと炒める。
Step3
水を入れ、醤油と塩と棗とクコの実を入れる。
水が温まったら、豚肉を入れ、弱火で蓋をして
40分煮れば出来上がり。

Ingredients
Pork: 200g
Onion: 1
Potato: 4
Chinese cabbage: 4
Jujube: 4
Goko nuts: 15
Sesame oil (pressed): appropriate amount
Salt: appropriate amount
Soy sauce: appropriate amount
Hon mirin: appropriate amount (just using hon mirin will make the dish taste better.)
Water: enough to cover
Potato starch: appropriate amount
Special green spice or
Exciting curry spice: as desired
Step 1
Put potato starch, soy sauce, salt, and hon mirin in a bag and rub the pork.
Slice the onion thinly,
cut the potatoes into chunks,
and tear the Chinese cabbage by hand.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and fry the pork on both sides in sesame oil,
and remove it. (Do not cook through the inside.)
In the same frying pan, fry the onion until it becomes fragrant,
and lightly fry the potatoes and Chinese cabbage.
Step 3
Add water, soy sauce, salt, dates, and goji berries.
When the water is hot, add the pork, cover, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
Serve with Special Green Spice or Exciting Curry Spice.
This simple nikujaga dish is finished with the umami of Chinese cabbage and the sweetness of dates.
Special Green Spice and Exciting Curry Spice go very well with Japanese food, so please try them.
Potatoes and spices are the best combination.
