白茄子・3本
親鳥・200g
長ネギ・1本
スペシャルグリーンスパイス・お好み
スペシャルグリーンスパイスを入れ、さっと炒める。

Flat Noodles
3 White Eggplants
200g Chicken
1 Green Onion
4 Chinese Cabbage Leaves
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Ginger Clove
Sesame Paste (to taste)
Pressed Sesame Oil (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Soy Sauce (to taste)
Miso (to taste)
Hon Mirin (Japanese Mirin) (This dish will taste even better if you use Hon Mirin.)
Potato Starch (to taste)
Exciting Curry Spice or
Special Green Spice (to taste)
Step 1 Place the chicken, potato starch, salt, and soy sauce in a bag and rub together.
Thinly slice the green onions,
julienne the ginger,
roughly chop the white eggplant,
mince the garlic,
tear the Chinese cabbage by hand.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and sear the chicken on both sides before removing it (it's raw inside).
Next, add the green onions, garlic, and ginger in sesame oil and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the sesame paste, miso paste dissolved in mirin, salt, soy sauce, and
Exciting Curry Spice or
Special Green Spice, and stir-fry briefly.
Step 3
Add water and once it's hot, return the chicken to the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Boil water and cook the flat noodles.
Add the noodles and season with salt.
