Ingredients
200g ground beef
2 shiitake mushrooms
1/6 cabbage
1/2 bitter melon
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
30g cashew nuts
2 eggs
Pasta (as needed)
Sesame oil (pressed) (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Soy sauce (as needed)
Exciting curry spices (as needed)
Step 1
Boil water and cook the pasta.
Boil the eggs.
Finely chop the onion, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and cashew nuts.
Develop the vein of the bitter melon and cut it into 1cm pieces.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil, and fry the onion and shiitake mushrooms until fragrant, then lightly fry the garlic, ground meat, and cashew nuts.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, salt,
pasta, curry spices and stir fry.
Adjust the flavor and top with boiled eggs to finish.
The punch of minced meat and garlic with curry spices.
The bitterness of bitter melon adds an accent to the umami of shiitake mushrooms.
If you mix while cracking the egg, it's the best.
