Ingredients
4 slices of bread (you can also use white bread)
150g chicken thighs
3 sweet chili peppers (you can also use shishito peppers or bell peppers)
1 carrot
Ghee (you can also use other oils) - appropriate amount

1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Step 1
Slice the garlic.
Slice the carrots into strips, sprinkle with salt, rub in, leave for about 10 minutes, squeeze, add exciting curry spices or
