長崎市のパンの中でもマルコポーロは、一味違うドイツ中心の
多国籍パン。
パン生地が多彩で粉の味がして旨いんです。
9時くらいに行ってもなかなか人気で
プレッツェルにお目にかかれません。
プレッツェルが完売していたものの前回よりも豊富に
パンが並んでいました。
バケット・葡萄パン・ごまあんぱん・ハムチーズサンド
カルツォーネクリームチーズ・アーモンドパンをチョイスしました。
店先のベンチで食べている短い間に数人のお客さんが
吸い込まれていきました。
買っていくたびに品切れ、焼き上がりを繰り返すので、
運が良ければお目当てのパンにありつけます。
カリカリシュガーが美味い。生地が特にうまい。
オリエンタルシュガーをつけるとさらに美味いんです。
胡麻あんぱんは胡麻の香りが香ばしく、生地がやはり美味い。
餡子も甘さ控えめで、塩がほのかに効いて一味違うあんぱんです。
なかなかお目にかかれないカルツォーネはもっちり粉の味と
食感が最高な逸品。
焼き立てを頬張れば幸せ。
中身はシンプルなトマトが入っていますが、フレッシュで美味いんです。
特に焼き立ては最高。エキサイティングカリースパイスか
スペシャルグリーンスパイスをかけると魅惑の味になります。
サンドウッチの中でも特に好きなのが、ハムチーズ。
ハムとチーズも美味いんですが、こちらもラウゲンシュタンゲの
パン生地が最高。サンドウィッチの完成度が高い。
そこにエキサイティングカリースパイスか
スペシャルグリーンスパイスをかけると食欲も風味も
マシマシ。
食感で小腹が空いた時に最適ですが、
オリエンタルシュガースパイスをかけると魅惑のデザート
そのままでも皮が香ばしく、中はジューシーな柔らかさで
いつでも食べたいバケットです。
少し焼くとさらに食べやすく、革の歯切れもここなの香ばしさもマシマシ。

それぞれかければ極上オープンサンドになりました。
パン生地が旨いとなんでも成立します。
Marco Polo is a unique international bread, mainly German, among the breads in Nagasaki City.

I chose baguette, grape bread, sesame bean paste bread, ham and cheese sandwich, calzone cream cheese, and almond bread.

Every time I went to buy bread, it sold out and was baked again, so if I was lucky, I could get the bread I wanted.
The raisin bread has a fluffy dough and crunchy sugar like melon bread. The dough is especially good.
It's even more delicious when you add oriental sugar.
The sesame bean paste bread has a fragrant sesame aroma and the dough is also delicious.
The bean paste is not too sweet, and it has a subtle salt effect, making it a slightly different bean paste bread.
The calzone, which is hard to find, is a masterpiece with a chewy flour taste and texture.
It's a joy to bite into a freshly baked bread.
The filling is simple with tomatoes, but it's fresh and delicious.
It's especially great when it's freshly baked. Sprinkle on the exciting curry spices or special green spices for an enchanting taste.
My favorite sandwich is the ham and cheese.
The ham and cheese are delicious, but the Laugen Stange bread dough is also the best. The sandwich is highly perfect.
Adding exciting curry spice or special green spice to it will increase your appetite and flavor.
The chrome cheese and almonds have a soft brioche-like texture, making them perfect for when you're hungry, but adding oriental sugar spice makes it a tempting dessert.
The baguettes at good bakeries are always delicious.
