BLUEPRINTはパンも最高というお話
長崎市シュガーロードにはうまいおやつがたくさんあります。
一際おしゃれな内装とバターをたっぷりと使った、クッキーや
ケーキ、パンが並ぶBLUEPRINTは前にもおすすめしました。
ケーキ屋クッキーももちろんうまいんですが、
パンも最高です。大きくて食べ応えがあってふんだんに
良質な材料が使われています。
クロワッサンも長崎で一番のお気に入りです。（今度写真ものせます）
バケットも秀逸です。
サドウィッチのレシピも載せています。
私たちは硬いパンがとても好きです。
BLUEPRINTバケットはしっとりとして粉の味がして
噛めば噛むほど旨みがあります。
少し焼くと歯切れも良く、いつでも食べたい正統派なパンです。
ほのかにレモンの香りもして、グレーズがいい仕事をしています。
そこにスペシャルグリーンスパイスをかければ、
塩気とカルダモンのの高貴な香り、抹茶の爽やかほろ苦が加わり
さらに好みの味になります。
オリエンタルシュガースパイスでも美味しいので、
食べ比べてみてください。
もちろんスパイス無しでも美味しいです。
