そして長崎の食全般に言えますが材料が最高にいいので

体も心もよろびます。

長崎市中華街の近くにあるネオクラシッククローバーは

ケーキがもちろんとても美味しく生地が滑らかで好きです。

石畳はもちろん最高ですが、

ランタンフェステイバルの際には大量に売り出される笹クレープが

有名で、相方も大好きな一品です。

もっちりとしたクレープ生地に

カスタードのベースと生クリームベースのクリームとフルーツが

たっぷりと入り、そこに新鮮なフルーツがゴロゴロ入っていて

笹の爽やかな香りに包まれている逸品です。

もちろんそのままでも最高ですが、

オリエンタルシュガースパイスと

スペシャルグリーンスパイスをかけて食べるのも最高です。

いちご生クリームにオリエンタルシュガースパイスを

かけるといちごの甘さがオリエンタルでやみつきになる
